The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for all contractual activities, oversight and deliverables including schedules, budgets, and quality control leading a team of senior military analysts.
Education/Experience/Required Clearance:
- Minimum of 20 years of Army service with staff experience at brigade or higher level.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Military Analyst in a JCIDS role.
- Minimum of five years of experience leading teams in execution of JCIDS efforts.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a direct liaison to an Army COR on contractual matters.
- Minimum of three years of experience in capability development and Army experimentation in a Government contract environment.
- Must have operational experience as a member of a brigade-level or higher staff) with familiarity using MC component systems, Army C2IS, and Joint C2IS.
- Must have background expertise working with, or in coordination with, materiel developers, capability developers, or test communities.
- Must possess a comprehensive and working knowledge of MC and DoD Architecture Framework.
- Master’s degree in management or related field.
- Must hold a Secret Level Personal Security Clearance.
- Must possess a certification in Agile or comparable Project Management processes.
- Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Submit to required background checks
- Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
- Be self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
- Be organized with a strong sense of urgency
- Adhere to established guidelines and procedures
- Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
- Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
- Be completely functional in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintain a US Passport
- Be able to travel in support of the mission up to 10% of the time
